Sushi in the Park

In Erlangen University, Germany, Summer 2014, we organised a highly socially codified picnic with sushi. It was a link to the hierarchy at the traditional table in Japanese setting, cooking and body positions in the rigid patriarcal system. The Schloss Garden Park and its fountain was also a beautiful, symmetrical setting.
